| :0) Happy happy happy. I just did a "dress" rehearsal. It looks beau-ti-ful. Got the shoes, the necklace, the earrings, the bracelet. Even without the makeup, and hair do-up, and I'm excited. :0) Sigh, makes me feel like a glamorous star or something and then I get tired after 5 minutes. | | |
| Today I was inducted into The Rho Chi Society. The Rho Chi represents the high academic achievers in pharmacy school. The insignia of the society are the Greek letters rho and chi which symbolize the colors purple and white. And the Rho Chi colors are purple and white, signifying royalty and loyalty.
When I heard that, loyalty. I automatically thought, that is what I want out of my fellow classmates, my future significant other, my family. It's a chance to say, I always be there for you, care for you, I am loyal to you. Something I have found in God. And this is something I hope to be in my profession. A loyal pharmacist serving for the patient.
During the ceremony I was quite proud of my classmates who were inducted into the society. It made me realize and refocus that I should use my academic achievements to go after a job that satisfies to a patient-care level. Sometimes I wonder how I can serve God in pharmacy. I see that God has blessed me in school to perhaps excel well in school and in the future my job wherever it may be. I guess my prayers are that this summer wherever my internship job is, I would be focused on using my skills and my desire for patient-care for God.
This ceremony has made me think of whether to strive to become a clinical pharmacist in the pediatrician area or to become a pharmacist business leader striving for more patient care projects. With time, I suppose God will reveal.

At least I have something to look forward to. A Colorado get-away. :0) A lovely dark blue navy dress of satin/ silk material. Silvery high heel slips. Hair flowing in waves. And a smile to brighten my face. I suppose it helps to have a good guy who can make great conversation and looks great by the side helps too. Yea, for good friends! Ring Dance, military Air Force ball take me away! And hopefully some sky jumping and seeing some amazing CO weather.

| WHaaaaaaa Hoooooooo!!!! :0) I have no other words to describe my night tonight. Floor tickets at the Michael Buble concert @ the beautiful new Sprint Center. The pre-show was even great. 7 guys with the own voices imitated different instruments and vocals... There was a drum going, electric guitar, DJ, and my favorite, the bass. A skinny tall guy you wouldn't expect some deep voice w/ vibes ringing. Ok, Michael Buble doesn't exactly have PG-13 humor, but it was funny! As for seeing a packed house. Even better. His first concert w/ the most ppl packed in the house! Helllllllooooooo Kansas City! Let's go paint the town red. If you want to see a show, a concert, new ethnic food. I'm the gal! | | |
| Hmmm so this was a little twist in my usual routine. Got to shake the governor's hand today. Exciting. Somewhat... By the way, I've really gotten into Anthony Bourdain's show. Absolutely fun to watch. You get to see the yummy food and the culture and the beautiful scenic sites! | | |
